Privacy policy
Which personal data is processed when you visit crewmark.eu, for what purpose, and what rights you have. This policy covers the website only.
Controller
The controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website is [to be completed], [to be completed], represented by [to be completed].
For any question about your personal data, write to [to be completed].
What this website does not do
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and shows no advertising. It loads nothing from other servers — no fonts, scripts, videos or maps from third parties — and it has no contact form.
Your language choice
To open the site in your language, the start page reads the language setting of your browser; this happens in the browser, and nothing is sent to us. When you choose a language, your browser stores that choice on your device (in local storage, under the name “crewmark-site-lang”), so that the site opens in that language next time. It never leaves your device, and you can delete it at any time in your browser's settings.
Server log files
When you open a page, your browser sends the server the technical information needed to deliver it: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, the referring page, and the type and version of your browser and operating system. Our hosting provider, [to be completed], processes this information on our behalf in log files, in order to deliver the website and to keep it secure and working.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted after [to be completed]. We do not combine this information with other data.
When you write to us
The website links to our email address hello@crewmark.eu; the link opens your own email program. When you write to us, we process your email address, your name if you give it and the content of your message, in order to answer you and, if you ask for one, to arrange a demo.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry; if it leads to a contract, for as long as the law requires business correspondence to be kept.
Signing in to Crewmark
The “Sign in” link leads to the Crewmark portal at app.crewmark.eu. The portal is a separate service; this policy covers only the website.
Recipients
Personal data from this website is received only by our hosting provider and by the provider of our email service, both of whom process it on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your personal data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing and to data portability (Art. 15 to 18 and 20 GDPR). Where we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, write to [to be completed].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
No obligation, no automated decisions
You are not obliged to provide personal data in order to use this website; without the technical connection data described above, however, the pages cannot be delivered. Your visit is not used for automated decisions or profiling.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the website or the law changes. The version on this page is always the current one.
