Works with your tools

Payroll, sign-in and calendars stay where they are. Crewmark hands over its part as a file and supports the accounts and calendars your people already use.

Payroll exports

Tell payroll what changed — once, and as a file

Crewmark does not run payroll, and it is not the statutory employee register: both stay in your payroll system or with your accountant. Payroll exports hand over what you record in Crewmark — new hires, pay and job changes, leavers — as a file, so nobody has to type it again. Crewmark remembers what payroll was already told, and the next export starts where the last one ended.

  • A change feed: new hires, pay and job changes, leavers and corrections — every export is frozen, so nothing is sent twice and nothing is left out
  • A change that takes effect in a period already exported is marked “Late”, so your accountant knows an earlier payslip may need correcting
  • Export profiles you adapt to your accountant's import template: CSV or Excel, delimiter, date format, encoding and columns
  • Starting profiles for common Slovenian payroll programs are marked “Not verified”: Crewmark has not checked them against any vendor's import specification — you match the columns to your accountant's template

  • A hand-over pack (ZIP) with the export file, a PDF summary and, if you choose, the signed probation documents — you download it and pass it on yourself; Crewmark does not email it
  • Every export can be downloaded again and checked against its SHA-256 hash, and every preview, export and download is written to the access log
  • Crewmark does not collect national identification numbers, tax numbers, bank accounts or home addresses — a payroll ID links the two systems

Also included

Sign-in with Google or Microsoft

Optional, per company: Crewmark supports signing in with a work account at Google or Microsoft instead of a password. Signing in this way never creates an account — it works only for someone a company admin has already given access. A company can also require it, with one admin keeping a password for emergencies.

Calendar invitations

Interviews, safety training sessions and 1:1s go out by email as calendar invitations (.ics), followed by an update when a meeting is moved or cancelled. An invitation carries the title, the time, the place and a link — never notes, an agenda or an outcome. A company can switch them off, and so can each person for themselves.

Advisor access

An accountant or outside advisor gets an account in each company they work for, links those accounts and switches between the companies in the header — always working in one company at a time. A company can require direct sign-in, and it never learns which other companies its advisor works with. External advisors do not count toward the employee limit.
