Probation from the first day to a signed decision
Crewmark follows a probation from what was agreed at the start to the decision — the six-month cap of Slovenian law (ZDR-1, Art. 125), absences and the extension they cause, assessments and a reasoned outcome — and collects the signatures: each person signs as themselves, in the portal when they have an account and through their own personal link when they do not; nobody can sign for another person. It never suggests an outcome. Everything it prepares is a draft for the employer to check: information, not legal advice.
- Six months at most: Crewmark shows the latest last day the law allows and does not save a longer one
- An absence extends the probation, and the page shows how the new last day was calculated; the decision date and the reminders move with it
- Assessments against your criteria at the mid-point and at the end — nothing is added up
- A reasoned decision; after a negative one, a draft notice of termination with a record of personal service — printed and signed by hand, and never served by Crewmark
