Insight

Ask your people and read the numbers — always about groups, never about one person.

Surveys

Ask how things are going — and keep the answers anonymous

A short recurring pulse, the eNPS question, check-ins after someone starts and a survey when someone leaves — answered through a personal link, without an account. Answers are anonymous: Crewmark keeps counts, not who said what, and shows a result only for a group large enough to hide a single voice. Anonymity has limits, and respondents are told so: the wording of a comment can still show who wrote it.

  • Pulse, eNPS, check-ins 7, 30 and 90 days after someone starts, and an exit survey when an offboarding begins
  • Personal links, no accounts — the link only makes sure everyone answers once
  • An answer is stored as a count: no person, no link and no time is kept with it
  • Results appear after the round closes, and only for groups at or above the survey's threshold — five by default, never under three
More details (3)
  • eNPS with its distribution, engagement drivers, the trend and a heat map by group; a hidden group says why
  • Action notes — what people told you and what you will do — open the next round
  • Free text is never sent to an AI service, and nothing scores or predicts a person
Analytics

Numbers you can check — about groups, never about one person

Dashboards over a data warehouse that is loaded every night: headline numbers beside the previous period, and charts for workforce, joining and leaving, recruitment, performance and pay. The warehouse now covers surveys, safety at work and the hiring flow too — as counts and durations, with no scorecard ratings, no interviewer names and no survey result the survey itself hides. Every chart shows how it is calculated. A value that would describe only a few people stays hidden, and nothing predicts or scores an individual. 1:1s and referrals are counted as well — how many people had a recent 1:1, what share of applications and hires came through a referral — never what was said, and never who recommended whom.

  • Headline numbers compared with the previous period — by month, quarter or year
  • “How is this calculated?” under every chart: the formula, and what is counted and what is not
  • Small groups are hidden — under five people unless you choose otherwise, and never under three
  • From a headcount to the people behind it, where you may see them; every chart exports to CSV or Excel
More details (2)
  • Ask in plain language: matched by keywords without AI — and with AI, the model sees only aggregates, never people
  • “Worth a look” findings by fixed rules, and an optional weekly or monthly email digest that never contains pay
